Job Mitra ("we", "our", "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your data when you use our employment lifecycle management application.

            Key point: All your data is stored locally on your device only.
            We do not have servers. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your
            data on external systems. You have complete control over your data at all times.
        

What data the app uses

Job Mitra stores the following information on your device to provide its features:

Your name and profile information
Your work history and employment records
Your ratings and reviews
Documents you upload to Work Vault
Your Job Mitra ID (WM ID)
Job applications and preferences

All of this data is stored locally on your device and never leaves it.

What we do not collect

We do not collect your location
We do not collect your contacts
We do not collect your email or phone number
We do not track your usage or behaviour
We do not use cookies or analytics
We do not show advertisements
We do not use third-party tracking services

Data sharing

We do not share any data with third parties. Your data never leaves your device. There are no servers, APIs, or external services that receive your information.

Data storage

All data is stored using your device's local storage. This means your data exists only on the device where you use the app. If you uninstall the app or clear the app data, all stored information will be permanently removed.

Data deletion

You can delete all your data at any time through Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes all data from your device. Since no data is stored externally, deletion is complete and immediate.

Data backup

You can export your data using Settings → Export My Data. This creates a backup file on your device. You control this file — we have no access to it.

Children's privacy

Job Mitra is designed for users aged 18 and above. The app is an employment management platform and is not intended for use by children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
